FAQ'S

  • Will food and drink be provided during the event? Can you bring your own food and drinks?
  • There will be refreshments available to buy at each show. Venues will not allow people to bring in their own food. 
  • When do doors open and what time is last entry?
  • Doors open at 6pm, last entry is 7pm
  • How will the ticket(s) be sent? What do you need to bring on the day?
  • Tickets will be sent out via email from Eventbrite. Please bring your ticket email with you to show at the door. 
  • How long will the event last?
  • The event will start at 7pm and finish at 9:45pm
  • Do children under 2 years need to have a ticket? Do you offer a children’s ticket?
  • We don't offer a childrens ticket, anyone who is going to occupy a seat will need a ticket. Any children who don't need a seat won't need a ticket. 
  • Are the seats pre-allocated?
  • The seats are first come/first serve 
  • Are the venues accessible? Do you need to know beforehand if attending?
  • The venues have accessible entrances and seating. Should you require such assistance, please let us know via email - [email protected]
  • Are the venues pushchair friendly? Will there be somewhere safe to keep them during the show?
  • Each venue has a cloak room/storage space for pushchairs 
  • Will there be photography and filming taken during the event?
  • Both events will have photography, if you would prefer not to be filmed, please make a memeber of staff aware on the day. 
  • Is there parking available at the venues?
  • Both venues have paid parking close by and further information is available on the venue websites. 
  • Is my payment secure?
  • We only use secure systems with banking standard safety features to make sure that your payment and financial data cannot be compromised. All online payments are securely processed via KeyIVR Ltd, WorldPay, PayPal and/or SmartDebit and no financial data is retained on our servers.
  • What happens if the event is cancelled?
  • In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the event we will do our best to rearrange. However, if this is not possible we will offer a refund.
