Pakistan Water Well

You will receive an email confirmation within 10 days (please check your junk folder), our team will then start the process, once completed you will receive a feedback report with further details and images.

Wells take between 5-7 months from the month of your donation for you to receive the feedback report. However at certain times of the year it may be completed a little sooner or take a little longer. We work closely with the team on the ground to make the process as quick as possible, whilst ensuring quality work.

The common depth of our wells is 150-250 feet, depending on when we reach clean water.  

Although it is impossible to give an exact lifespan, our wells will average between 10-15 years.  

Our ground team will cover all repairs, up to 10 years. The family who is gifted the well is given contact details, to be able to report any maintenance issues. So far, we have not experienced any issues reported, with the project running from 2023.

Once finished, you will receive a feedback report with further information on your well including a location pin, images and a short video of the well in use, captured by our build team.

We ask donors to allow our field team to make this decision, as they are aware of where the most need is at the time of the donation.  

Ideally, we say or one or two full names, along with a short message such as "In Memory of". Although there are no restrictions on how much text can be put on the plaque, this will affect readability and result in the font size being smaller than the images you may have seen on our website and social media. Please note we are unable to accommodate images, symbols, any language aside from English, or anything that may be deemed offensive. 

Unfortunately, we are not able to give regular updates on progress, due to the admin time it would take and wanting to keep costs as low as possible. This means we can continue to be a 100% donation charity. After the initial communication, the next communication you will receive is the feedback report, by email.
