We are the Greengate Trust

A group of compassionate, honest and hard-working humanitarians. Inspired by experiencing first-hand the depths of deprivation and need, as well as the opportunity to make a significant difference to communities all over the globe in desperate circumstances. We have been successfully working in Yemen, Pakistan, and here in the UK. TeamGGT have provided essentials such as food, water, medical equipment, and education as well as developing sustainable projects. Our skilled local teams are able to access some of the most hard-to-reach places in the world, at their most vulnerable of times.

At Greengate Trust we provide an impartial, efficient and wholly transparent service that ensures your donations reach the people that really need them. We have helped millions of people around the world thanks to you - our big-hearted donors! We couldn’t have done any of our life-changing work without people like you, who give Sadaqah Jariyah and Zakat openly and generously to those in need. We approach each situation on a case by case basis, with a view to finding appropriate and sustainable solutions. Our projects have already made a huge impact, showing how our donors can make a real difference.

Our work in Yemen

Since launching The Yemen Project, we have been able to create projects to benefit as many people as possible. Our team on the ground in Yemen allows us to make practical, informed decisions about the best use of our aid; it also allows us to seek out new ways to help people and grow our operations to bring relief to as many as possible.

Our work in Pakistan

Since launching The Pakistan Project after the devastating Floods in 2022, we have been able to create projects to benefit as many people as possible. Our team on the ground in Pakistan is helping respond to the immediate and longer-term needs of the vulnerable in Pakistan providing emergency food, clean water and medical care to victims to help save and protect lives.
